A PLACE FOR
LIVING & WORKINGOriginally slated for single-family homes, Westmark didn’t want to just build another residential community of single detached homes but instead wanted to introduce a new design concept to Nanaimo. The idea was to bring new life to the heart of North Nanaimo’s urban core with the creation of Nanaimo’s first synergistic mixed-use complex that combined residential townhomes, commercial offices, and a multi-family condo building within minutes to existing community amenities.
