From selling out Building A in just 14-days to winning numerous residential and commercial construction awards, attracting a full range of residents and a thriving business community, Westmark’s vision truly came to fruition. Nanaimo now has its first synergistic mixed-use business and residential neighbourhood.

Highway and exposes each business to more than 40,000 passing vehicles by each
