Big Week for Westmark!

This week has been a big one for Westmark for a couple different reasons. First, we are now working with the powerhouse Nanaimo-based Marketing firm, Urban Trending, to launch a new Westmark website. The website’s main added feature is a page that allows us to be completely transparent with current customers. All of the information on their project will be available here. We are very excited to launch and share with you all!

Second, we have officially started Phase II of Pacific Station! Keep it here for updates and photos of the progress. Phase 2 now selling, Own Your Future Now!!

Business in Vancouver’s most discussed Real Estate and Development article this week was discussing how to purchase commercial property. The article sites development plans, zoning and allowable use, environmental issues, financial position, & market conditions as some of the most relevant variables used in the decision making process.

One of the most stressed points in the article is built around the opportunity that buying offers to retirement planning. Owning your property can often be less costly on a monthly basis than leasing AND will “create a lump sum available for retirement.” If the choice is made not to sell the property, leasing the space out after retirement can give your golden years that added punch.
